“the driver was given the wrong hotel to pick me up from this made him 40 minutes late in picking me up, also i paid for a car and i got a beat up old mini van, in future i will use the local taxis,”

It was obvious that the vehicle had not undergone any prior checks as its wheels were severely out of balance when travelling at speed, causing the vehicle to shake violently. Some of the elderly passengers on board were very worried about this !”
