“No major problems but it was painful trying to find the timings on the return to the airport. I found it eventually but that was nothing to do with HolidayTaxis who have the world’s most useless customer service bot. I shouldn’t have to go hunting for that info.
The ‘give us a tip’ was uncomfortable. Drivers and vehicles fine and safe though.”
