“Terrible Service .there was a slight issue on our inbound journey and it was sorted within 2 minutes and the receptionist advised us that the return journey would be no problem now.
our pick up was at 12-50am but due to the inbound issue i decided to contact the taxi company at 12-35 to ensure everything was ok, and after waiting for 15 minutes due to them being busy i put the phone down as they were due to close in 10 minutes and made contact with the UK number got straight through but they advised that they would have to contact the taxi provider i waited 5 minutes and when he responded and advised they can not get hold of the driver so i asked what do i do then and was told wait another 5 minutes to see if the driver got back to them which he did and he advised that he was outside some supermarket located on our road and asked could we go to meet him my reply was NO this road is about 2 miles long and i have no idea where it was bearing in mind we had 2 large suitcases and hand luggage surely they can come to us as that what taxis are for i told him there is a Large BP petrol station virtually opposite us so surely he can come to us another phone call to the provider and they finally agreed and within 3 minutes the taxi arrived at the petrol station some 30 minutes late or 45 minutes from my original call to check on them”
