“The shuttle was late to our hotel even though we were one of the 1st stop. The bus fell further behind with the number of stop to pick up new passagers, because instead of calling the people who had booked, the driver waited for everyone waiting at each stop to check by themself if their name was on his list.
The final blow was to see the bus make a detour to pick up the last passengers in an outlying village in the heights of the island with a fully loaded bus !!
We arrived at the airport less than an hour and a half ahead of our flight (3 hours recommended with new security checks in due to health restrictions).”
