“Booked online. Found the desk easy enough at airport. Sat on the bus another 35 mins after the last person had got on, irritating as hotel only 20 mins away.
Return transfer. Picked us up ridiculously early at 14.54 for a 18.40 flight nearly 4hrs early for a transfer including pickups and drop offs was no more than 30 mins. Lots of hanging around whereas we could of kept our room on instead. A waste of a days holiday. Next time I'll get a taxi”
