“Unfortunately I cannot rate our service any better than one star as our transfer bus broke down half way to our resort in Corralejo. We were given no information as to what had occurred and as to when a replacement service might arrive. Nearly 45 minutes went by before a mini-bus arrived to replace our coach. Still no information was given and nothing further on arrival at our destination. We paid the extra amount for only four drop-offs, ours being the final one, but we actually made five stops before ours. I am very disappointed that we have heard nothing back since from Holiday Taxis.”
