“My flight was cancelled at less than 24h notice, but I was booked onto a later flight the same evening.. I tried to contact HolidayTaxis to change the time, but the bot could not cope, nor could their "Agent" Alex. I was neither able to get a later pick-up, nor to cancel the booking. I pointed out that their driver would have a wasted journey; they evidently didn't care. I was finally able to book a taxi from another company. I shall not use HolidayTaxis again.”
