“The driver himself was great, but I would not recommend holiday taxis. I had no idea about the pick-up procedure until I called them on the day of. I was not aware that the driver was going to be testing me and I did not receive his texts due to having a different phone number than what I put on the application. When I called the company to see where I was supposed to be picked up I was brought to a completely different area than where the driver was. I called the company and they provided my correct phone number to the driver, however, they could not tell me where he actually was. Once the driver contacted me It became clear that I was in the wrong area, however he came and picked me up. Get a private taxi or an uber, do not deal with the middleman company holiday taxis.”
