“Our flight was on time, however the driver was not. We had to wait for 7 or 8 minutes for him to arrive, after the supervisor had phoned him.
The car was lovely and the driver was polite and friendly, so that short wait didn't spoil the experience.
I will certainly be using them again, especially as I found it easy to book online even given the fact that our destination was a private house not a hotel.”
“Super service and really efficient. My only comment would be a pick up time that was 4 hours prior to my departure for a 45 minute journey - way too early and when that pick up was 03:00, I really think an hour later would have been more appropriate.”
