“Driver was extremely rude whenever I arrived to the airport, didn't acknowledge me. Stood and waited for 10 minutes while he finished his phone call. He then told me it would be 10:45pm before we would be leaving, my transfer was booked for 9pm. He began to shout at me whenever I enquired if I could go with another driver as this was too late. His English wasn't secure so he called a another man over, who again was more than unhelpful, shrugged his shoulders, and brushed me away. The driver then told me to go away and wait while using his hands to gesture that I was to move away. Being a solo female traveller, I felt vulnerable and didn't feel safe to travel in his car. I therefore had to book another taxi (uber). This driver was so pleasant and helpful.”
