TRANSFER FROM HOTEL TO AIRPORT HAD ISSUES.
TRIED TO CALL HOLIDAY TAXIS TO CHANGE PICK UP TIMINGS BUT WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR. AS COULDN'T GET TO TALK TO HOLIDAY TAXIS ON THE PHONE HAVE TO CANCEL THROUGH THEIR SERVICE ROUTER. WAS UNHAPPY, AS HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR ANOTHER TAXI.”
“it was our return transfer that was disappointing. We paid for a private transfer but had to share with another couple, meaning i was uncomfortable in the middle seat all the way back to thee airport. Our daughter and their family had a disappointing return transfer too. Although it turned up on time, it was too small to fit their cases and pram in the boot so had to wait a further 45 minutes for one that was big enough, making them late for their check in!”
