“The taxi arrived 1 hour late so I had to get a cab to the airport when I called you I was told that they was looking for me but I was standing outside my apartment for over 1 hour”
“Giving 1 star because there’s no option for NO stars! Absolutely disgusted with our transfer. We were left about 4 km from our hotel with no explanation! The driver shouted at us in Spanish then stopped the car - took our cases out then drove off. Will never use this crowd again. Have complained but NO response to my complaint!!”
