“Our flight was delayed from Gatwick and on arrival at Malaga Airport, there was also a delay in luggage arriving.
Our luggage arrived early and we were one of the first to come out on to the arrival lounge and there was no sign of your Bus Directo representative although there were a number of other companies including Hoppa waiting for our fellow passengers.
After walking around the arrivals area inside and out of the building for about 20 min.s and most of our fellow passengers who came out much later have been met by their transfer agents, we still could not find anyone from Bus Directo or Holiday Taxis.
Finally a very kind gentleman waiting for another passenger offered to call Bus Directo who told us that the representative had left. ( all other companies were still waiting for their passengers) We gave the flight number when booking and if they cared to check the flight they would have found out that the flight was delayed. Anyway everyone else appeared to have done this as we were the only passengers left from our flight having been one of the first to come out. We had to wait outside arrivals for over 2 hours for the transfer !!!”
