“Failed pickup on return to airport. No proper enquiries were made which became obvious by the response to my complaint. Dismal service. The hotel receptionist tried calling all the numbers on the booking sheet but could not get any answers. Holiday Taxis said there is no record of any calls being made. Well, there wouldn't be would there as no sod answered the phones.”
