“Terrible they never came to do our return taxi pick up but left us high and dry with no taxi for 8 people with no offer of help.....disgraceful experience.... so stressful”
“TOTAL DISGRACEFUL experience we booked our return taxi a full week in advance...NO TAXI ARRIVED TO PICK US UP.....after numerous calls and 40mins of waiting no messages to say the TAXI wasnt coming (even though i got a confirmation txt the day before to say it was all booked and our driver would see us tomorrow)...then to try and get it sorted we were then told NO TAXI was coming and to make alternative arrangements which was disgraceful. We were a party of 8 with my elderly mother who was totally stressed about the whole situation thinking she wasn't going to get to the airport. Then we had the hassle of trying to get two local taxis to take us to the airport which cost us an arm and leg....I have sent a complaint to the company requesting my money back but whilst they were quick to take payment I bet they won't be so quick to give me back my £100!!! USE Someone else !!!”
