“Arrived midnight told you’ll have to wait 45min because driver issues!
I asked if I could get a drink somewhere while I waited and girl at desk said yes up stairs!! Nothing was open upstairs!!
Long story short myself and several other people waited nearly 2 hours for the bus to arrive and not once did girl who was behind her desk and could clearly see us outside come over and update us,we kept having to ask her and it was always it’s on way it’s on way.
Would never use again.”
“I have submitted this revue with one star. What was once an excellent service is now very disappointing. I have used this service several times and had to complain that the service was not what I paid for.3 times I did not get the private superior car but a people carrier and the last transport was a Benidorm Taxi that had seen better days. I have emailed the company several time regarding a refund but only had confirmation they have received my messages.”
