“We waited over 90 minutes on the bus from the airport into Benidorm. The driver turned the engine off and kept getting on and off the bus calling out the same passengers names. These passengers eventually arrived but a waiting time in excess of 90 minutes is not acceptable. The return journey was much more efficient but it is not a good start to a holiday to have to sit on the bus for so long. In total the transfer from Alicante to Benidorm took over two and a half hours”
