“Sent by the girl in the kiosk to stand in bay 15. I checked this after 20 minutes with her and received a sarcastic answer "it's Bay 15 the big yellow bus, you can't miss it". After another 50 minutes a driver came along and said we wernt on his bus along with a few others in the queue. They then brought the sarcastic young lady out to sort it. She had given us all the wrong bay. We were them moved to the back of a large queue and told this was our bus. Sarcastic young lady then got on the bus and removed angry people from there too allow us to board, she had also given them all wrong info. After another hour and a half we set off. We landed at 1.20 and only had hand luggage. We arrived at cala Finestrat at around 4.30. Over 3 hours from when we landed. Terrible service,never again.”
