“I was very reserved about booking with holiday taxis as they were very cheap and thought that there may be complications if we were to arrive late or that we wouldn’t know where to go or get picked up from. However for the price we thought we would risk it. Upon booking we had an email stating exactly where we had to go in a step by step guide. When getting to the holiday taxi desk we expected to speak to a Spanish man that wouldn’t be able to speak a word of English. Instead we were greeted by a very tanned Geordie man with a very broad accent so to be honest I’m not sure what accent would have been easier to understand (I joke) he then explained what hotel we needed to get dropped off at and exactly where we would be picked up. 24hours before departure as promised we got an email stating the time and location of pick up and we had no problems. We certainly would not hesitate to use holiday taxis again!”
