“We booked a return transfer to/from CDG. Our flight to Paris had been delayed for an hour and a half which I phoned Holiday taxis to make them aware that we were delayed to be told it’s fine the drivers keep an eye on the flights for delays. On arrival we got through to arrivals hall, no sign of driver - the airport staff who helped us through with special assistance as I have poor mobility went and called the company on our behalf. After waiting for the staff to get a hold of someone which took about 15-20 minutes we then had to wait a further 15 minutes for our driver to arrive.
Our pick up back to the airport was more smoother where the driver came into the reception area to meet us. The only issue we experienced there was that it meant we were at the airport 4 hours before our flight!”
