“As I wrote in the feedback, drivers should not be late for appointments. Just waiting for the driver to show up with the watch ticking, and having to call the local service provider to ask about the situation can be quite stressful for foreign tourists who have a flight to catch. This was bad, but otherwise the transfer service itself was good.”
