“Would never use again.
First off I booked the transfers and 1 day later they cancelled my booking because my payment had not gone through. So I had to spend 30 mins on the phone arguing with them because my payments was going through my bank and literally went out 1 hr after they cancelled so I was then paying for nothing. Finally got them to give me book... (I wish I just got a refund and changed company now)
You dont actually get told where you are getting dropped and pick up room untill after you pay. So we were staying at the bottom of paris and they dropped us in the centre. Which at midnight, 3 young girls is not the safest place to be trying to get to a hotel. I phone and asked if possible to drop us on the way because they were dropping someone else and literally driving past our hotel... But noo this was too much for them. They started being rude and having ago at me by my reasonable request. I didnt even ask to go out their way just to drop us on the road they were heading as it was a 5 minute walk and not a 35 minute journey. Instead I ended up paying for an uber as it was now 12.30 and not safe.
Coming back they were just as usless... you have to call for your time even thought they text you in the way out. So you pay for that call. And then they couldnt figure out where and when we were being picked up. We got to the pickup point but there was no exactly place to wait so we felt lost and worried we would miss our stop. Finally got our transfer (40 minutes late I should add) and got to the airport.
Their customer service is shocking. When asking question they couldnt understand me at all both my accent (typical english) and my language they couldnt understand so hung up and then when called again and understood the question they laughed and say 'I actually dont know the answer at all, try call someone else'.... what a helping service hey.
Do not use! Absolutely not worth it 1 bit! Pay the extra and go with hoppa or get a taxi. I thought I'd give them a try, what a massive mistake that was. Walking to your destination would be less painful than using this service.
