“Outward journey from Paris airport, the guy was around 45 minutes late, answer from HT was to stand outside CDG airport when it was 7 degrees outside. Return leg was much better, hence 3 stars (would have been 5 if the original pick up was like this) guy was early and used backroads to avoid rush hour traffic. Would probably question using HT again, if they don’t improve initial service response, oh and deliver what the say and charge for, every other person off our flight was picked up promptly and long gone by the time our guy showed up.”
