“This service was fantastic. The driver was there when we came out the customs exit. He took our case to the beautiful car and opened the door for us. Very comfortable ride. He dropped us at the entrance of the hotel. We had the same driver on our return journey to the airport and he took us a lovely scenic route. Once at the airport he showed us where to go in the terminal. Would definitely use them again.”
“Great reliable service, taxi driver was waiting for us at the airport on arrival with a board with my name on clearly visable. Friendly and kind. On the way back we were waiting in the hotel reception for driver to maybe come in and collect us as we had seen another driver another day standing in reception waiting for a family. Finally we realised he was standing outside with my name on the board next to his car which cant be seen clearly from the front of the hotel as the car was parked at the side. Driver again was friendly. I would have given it 5 stars if it hadnt been for the fact the actually journey took only 30-40 minutes to and from the hotel (holiday taxis stated it was 1 hour 30 minutes) and on the way back to the airport the driver picked us up at 9.50 when our flight was at 13.50. So we in the airport at 10.30 and had a long wait with a very bored 9 year old. I had tried to phone holiday taxis the day before and change the time to 12 or even 11 or 11.30 however they rang back to tell me it wasnt possible so we had a long wait in the airport when we could have spent the morning in Disneyland rather than sitting in the airport. Disappointed in this way however service and timing was excellent. Would use holiday taxis one way for arrival next time and maybe just get a standard taxi or bus to take us back to the airport so we dont get there so early.”
