“I got to the airport on time but not after some headache. The description says you'll be picked up from your hotel but hostels are not considered hotels - this is not clear in the description and had I know, I wouldn't have booked the service. I was also not satisfied with customer service of the service provider. I called the number indicated on the booking confirmation to confirm the pick-up time and location, and the person was unhelpful and unfriendly.”
