“On arrival at terminal 2 we had to get to terminal 1 for the coach (1 mile away). The coach then drove round to terminal 1 to pick up others! On our return to the airport the driver dropped us off at an unfinished terminal and we had to walk about half a mile. We had requested special assistant for my husband but they didn't seem to be expecting us.”
