“Was advised driver would be waiting at arrivals but this was not the case. Had to call the office twice chasing for car and driver. Wait was over 40 minutes”
“Taxi didn't turn up. Called to find out where it was and was told I had booked from wrong area so booking wasn't confirmed. If this was the case why was I not told until it was too late. Lucky to be in an area where able to get another taxi to the airport still in time.”
