“Our flight was delayed over an hour to start due to weather. Upon arrival we sought out the company's location at the airport and informed them of the situation and, asked that the driver not leave. Our luggage was delayed an additional hour but no information was shared. When we returned to the Holiday Taxi location we were told that the driver was only required to wait 45 minutes and had already left. We called the company's listed phone number and were told by a very rude representative that it wasn't their fault the flight was late and that there would not be a refund, nor would they send another driver to pick us up! Considering this is Holiday Taxi's business, picking up from the airport, would it not be logical that they would check flight status prior to dispatching a driver? Or, perhaps send another driver when they already had our money for over a month? Payment was cancelled through our direct contact with the CC issuer and we had to take a regular car close to our destination. The driver couldn't drop us off at our hotel because only hybrid or electric vehicles were allowed at our destination, forcing us take our luggage through the streets of an unfamiliar city for over a 1/2 mile. We are both seniors and it was not a pleasant experience. We do not recommend this company to anyone!”

“We had a wait a while namely from 1.50 p.m. to 3.20 p.m. which on the website it says the most you should have to wait is 1 hour so could do better. We were waiting for other flights to arrive, but in this case we should have been taken to our hotel and another minibus should have been sent.”
