“Disappointed second time in one trip when, despite confirming 2 cars would be arriving at the pick up time indicated on the morning of pick up, only one arrived on time again. Waited 20 mins for second car to arrive & experienced a rather hairy ride to the airport as both drivers drove erratically en route.”
