“I am very dissatisfied with the service, I waited for the transfer for over an hour, then it turned out that the autous will not come and I have to wait another 40 minutes, I gave up and took a taxi, but so far I have not received a refund”
“Would have been good if the driver had not taken wrong turns. Never had a problem before. Usually collected from Santa Susannah at 7.3am for 10am flight. This time it was 5.30am and we didn’t arrive at Girona airport until 9.45am ! Nearly missed the flight !!
Must admit it has made me think twice for our next holiday.”

“Bus broke down on journey to hotel an waited around 90 minutes for a replacement. On return journey to airport, hotel pick up time was nearly five hours before flight for a 40 minute journey. This seems excessive. Would rather pay a little more, but for a better service. Have used Holiday Taxi's many times before though, without problems.”
