“Do not use this company. Waited at the pick up point for an hour. Called every fifteen minutes for an update to be told each time that they were ten minutes away. On our last phone call we were told the bus was not coming and that we needed to find our own way to the airport. We paid €69 for a taxi. I have tried to get into contact with the company to get a refund for both the taxi and the transfer which we did not receive and I have not heard anything back in nearly two weeks.”
“buses on time but dropped off at main bus station at Tossa de mar and not near hotel, No pre warning of this and your left to your own resources to find the hotel you booked,this for us was in middle of night !!”
