“Very poor, waited to be seen at the airport. Eventually I made my self known only to be told to wait in a queue. Then we were informed that we were travelling with 4 other people despite booking a private taxi, then on our return journey the hotel had to contact you as we were over our collection time. The hotel manager then informed us the our driver had been parked4 streets away and had not contacted us, the manager then personally escorted us to the taxi and checked it was our taxi(now that's service).
Not very good.”
