“Problem with my booking code not being recognised on the web site on looking for return pickup time but phone call resolved this. Just a bit off putting. Shuttle arrived at pick up on time just opposite side of station to where I was dropped off. Vehicle & journey back to airport was fine though arriving in good time for departure.”
