“Poor service received.
Unhelpful rep, once she had been located. All other drivers were ready waiting for their passengers and looked professional. The rep for this company kept disappearing and gave out incorrect information on where to wait as well as repeatedly saying it would only be 3/4 minutes, when it ended up being 45 minutes wait.
The executive minivan transfer was an old, dirty minibus with rubbish and plasters on the floor.
Really wouldn't recommend!”
