“From Airport to Praia de Rocha not good, driver took 2 hours to get there, earlier transfers never took more than 1 1/2 hrs. We have made thus journey many times and as there were only 2 stops before us this was not acceptable.
Hotel to Faro was excellent.”
“Despite booking for drop off to my property i was dropped off at a different property which i did not realise as the driver just pulled up at hotel and said it was my place. It was only when i tried to check in that it became clear i was not at my plsce and had to take a taxi to my actual property. I have used holiday taxi before and never had any issues so i will use them again, it was just on this arrival and return trip that i had issues due perhaps to lack of communication??”
