“Supplier used; ‘Polotur’ was awful. Cancelled our early morning pickup to Faro airport last minute, after confirming the day before to Holiday Taxis all was ok. Journey from Faro airport was poor but at least we got picked up.
Cost me EUR 120 to get to Faro airport in a local taxi after I had paid for this journey already.
I have written to you customer service department complaining about the service and requesting my money back.
First time in many instances of using HT I have had poor service. Please stop using Polotur for Faro transfers.
