“The company - HolidayTaxis failed to inform the local taxi company, Best Transfers 4U in Faro that golf clubs were to be transferred on a shuttle service. Best Transfers 4U refused to transfer the golf clubs and I was left to use local airport taxi at a cost of 120 Euros. Then tried to sort out return journey over the phone, I was charged an additional £86 for private transfer. Again HolidayTaxis failed to tell the Private Transfer taxi about golf clubs, however driver accommodated the clubs but with some difficulty.
Now in dispute with HolidayTaxis to recover out of pocket expenses of £189.

“The transfer from Faro airport to our hotel was excellent and super quick. However on the way back to the airport it took 90 minutes as it was a coach which did multiple pickups on the way which was a bit long in my experience as it only took about 30minutes to get to the hotel.”
