“We were waiting for around 30mins outside our hotel in the heat with no communication from the driver of anyone else. It turned out the bus was parked on the main road outside our hotel but it was not visible and I only managed to find it when I went on a walk around the property. Once again this was a stressful start to out transfer as we only just about made our flights in the end.”
