“The journey and transfer itself was good.
However I was standing where I was dropped off 30 minutes before my time. I think range to request the vehicle registration plate number so that I could correctly identify the vehicle but the person on the phone didn’t know what I was talking about. They said it was just a grey van. As a solo traveller this made me uneasy. Then at the time of my pick up I asked a local and they said the location was actually just up the road (so I was not dropped off in the correct location). I got there 2 minutes late and the driver was really angry with me. I explained I was where he dropped me off and he said that he tried there first which was not true. After the initial awkwardness of pick up the journey went smoothly.”
