Hello, we arrived at the airport yesterday at 22:15 and waited for 2 hours. Our taxi did not turn up to take us to our hotel so we had to pay for a separate taxi ourselves costing €52.20. I would like to be fully reimbursed for this please and for the initial payment we made to holiday taxis. I think it’s disgraceful that you leave your clients wait this long. I would also like to know if you are definitely going to be collecting us from our hotel to take us to Faro airport for our return flight?

“Mixed experience. Price was slightly cheaper than other companies. There was nobody to meet us on arrival and Faro airport. We had to phone 3 times and waited nearly an hour from our flight landing. When driver did come he was apologetic and helpful. Return journey was fine - arrived early.”

“Worst service in algarve, pick up at airport, 1hr wait then told other car brokers down, then driver could not find property in albufeira even with post code,driving around for 40mts and only when parents gave directions did he get there, then on return ,no show, outside as stated 15mts earlier, no car arrived,called emergency after 40mt waiting and still no show,Told driver was in reception BUT no reception in my property, another driver lost again in albufeira driving around, nearly missed flight home ,eventually another driver drove up said he was asked as an emergency but he didn't have car seat for baby as it was with the lost driver! To happen once bad enough, twice not acceptable, also had no reply to my email for refund! Had used Holiday Taxis many times, never again”
