“Awful experience, left to our own devices on the arrival as the arranged taxi only waited 35 minutes & not in arranged meeting point (was contracted to wait 75 minutes) my was son is disabled, return journey the minibus should have been in a scrap yard, I'm builder & I've never been in a minibus as bad as this & I paid for a premium service!!!”
