“Absolutely awful, waited an hour and half for driver with no where to even sit or no explanation. When the driver turned up he didn’t actually know where he was going, at one point actually tried to drive on to a golf course and had to reverse out scraping the vehicle as he did so. Then drove past my hotel about 4 times ended up getting him to drop me at side of the hotel and walking myself because I was desperate to get off the bus!! 50 min transfer took 3 hours!!! Not happy!!!”
