“Horrendous. We paid £84 for nothing more than terrible 'service' No taxi waiting, it was us that had to wait. Oh, It's not our fault, it's our sister company... Really ? Eventually we got a taxi to our destination, the staff indifferent. We said, Look, don't dare get it wrong on the way back. Guess what? No taxi at 7.15am on the day of our return, just hours away from our flight and 20 miles from the airport. We had to phone 3 numbers to get through and another indifferent jobsworth said, Oh we did send a taxi. No you didn't....... We didn't trust you to get it right and we were outside an hour before you were due and you still didn't turn up. They guy says there's nothing he can do so sort it yourself........ Jesus Wept. Try phoning round for a taxi on Portugal at 7.30am It was a nightmare. We got back eventually but it cost us a further 50 euros. Don't ever use Holiday Taxis. Nightmare.”
