“Would have been respectful of the lady at the counter to have told us the bus would be ,another 90 minutes,instead of us being told to stand out in the bus park”
“Left at wrong accommodation (next complex along) in the dark. I thought the driver was getting on the bus again to check the correct location but he drove off”
“The process to find the taxi service at Faro Aiport was easy thanks to the instructions provided. We promptly left the airport in a mini bus shortly after we landed, the driver logically loaded the luggage in order of drop off and asked that we were seated such that we caused minimal disruption for other passengers when we disembarked. The driver was always incredibly personable and happy to assist with travel tips. On our return journey from the hotel to the airport, we were picked up in a larger coach. The coach arrived 10 minutes earlier than indicated, which was fine. The booking confirmation for our return journey provided a code to enter onto the website which didn't work, which was a shame and the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 stars. We called the company directly and the details were confirmed. Overall, very pleased with the service given some other less positive reviews.”
