“I wouldn't use this company again. I waited for over an hour after arrival and then called them. They told me the driver had broken down but did not attempt to contact me to tell me this or rebook a taxi. After some discussion a replacement taxi was booked but this took additional time and I ended up missing my meeting. The colleagues at the company were not apologetic or sincere in their apologies. To make matters worst, the replacement taxi driver had WhatsApp's messages in my name chasing them for the booking but these were not from me, and the taxi driver was annoyed with me. I explained this must be from the company, but this made for a very off experience driving to my hotel. I would never use this company again.”
