“Shuttle bus overloaded. Driver parked as far away from the airport as possible which meant we had to drag our luggage quite a distance. With arthritis in my hip, I felt I was almost running to catch up with passengers and when I went to get on the bus, I was separated from my husband and sat next to some random traveller. As a premium shuttle I expected only a few travellers not a full bus load.”
