“Prior to our holiday we had been informed by Holiday taxis that they had changed the supplier. We paid for a car large enough for 2 adults and four cases. A small car was sent and the cases were crammed into the boot. One of the cases was resting on my shoulder the whole journey. Not very comfortable at all.”
