“Taxi did not arrive to collect us from the airport. We waited for over 45 minutes while trying to get hold of the company l. We also had no luck with the local number but did eventually get through to the UK company or after no luck of getting hold of the taxi advised us to pay for a taxi ourselves. This has resulted in us paying twice for the same journey!”
