“On the bus for over an hour before we left airport. Hotel was 40 minutes away. We were on the bus 3 hours, no toilet, no drink before we arrived at hotel. And restaraunt and bar closed not a good start to the holiday. But driver was very polite.”
“It took us more than three hours from Panormo to Chania. Driver was good and nice. But the trip was very uncomfortable and no toilet on the bus. We’ve had really good experiences before but this trip was a disappointment.”
“Generally fine. Better to keep their emergency number handy, in-case of any delays or concerns. We were concerned that the bus was 15-20 minutes late and we might miss our flight, but they keep some buffer time and the driver was able to catch-up.”
