“The pre booked transfer to my hotel with DTS Croatia made through Holiday Taxis did not show up. The emergency number provided for the company was incorrect / unattended as no one picked up. I called the UK emergency hotline number and was told the same by the agent. I was then advised to make my own arrangements and submit the receipt for refund. I submitted my Uber receipt but have not received any refund or explanation for why my taxi did not show up. Best avoid booking this transfer to avoid disappointment and getting stuck at the airport late at night in a non english speaking country to fend for your self.”
